Our Yoga retreat in the Yarra Valley – ‘The Alchemy of Winter’ – is designed as a whole body immersion. An experience into intimate life exploration as we honour the transition from the deepest dark of winter into the expansive nature of Spring.

This retreat offers an opportunity to honour time for yourself. To reflect on how Winter’s hibernation is drawing to a close. To contemplate how our first steps into Spring may begin. As a small and intimate sangha, you will be invited to get cosy, create warmth and share stories: all facilitated with Hatha / restorative yoga practices, pranayama / meditation circles, integrative acupuncture treatments, an abundance of seasonal foods, the Valley’s finest wines, boutique farmhouse accomodation and like-minded, awesome people.
