Restful Waters Wellness & Consciousness Centre
Restful Waters is nestled amongst an avocado orchard and tranquil water setting on 10 acres in the peaceful foothills of the Darling Ranges, about 45 minutes from Perth. They offer a sanctuary to help bring about openness, clarity and restfulness in people, through Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga, Tai Chi and Counselling Services. It’s run by the Vishrant Buddhist Society, a not-for-profit organisation, supporting people in attaining higher consciousness.
They run various events and courses all year round. Their events vary from 2 to 6 hour mini-retreats, to a series of sessions, weekend programs and 4 to 6-week courses. Inhala Yoga Studios offer a few Yoga and Adventure retreats a year, all centred around Exmouth. This is your opportunity to really get away from it all. You could do a Yoga and Adventure Retreat at Wilderness Island, an Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat at Bullara Outback Station, or an Underwater Mindfulness Retreat. Retreats vary from two to four nights and apart from Yoga, they also include various activities.
