This weekend retreat at a beautiful private location in Merricks, just over 1-hour drive from Melbourne, will allow you the space to rest and rejuvenate while also receiving the attention you deserve to leave feeling refreshed, inspired and more in love with you.

Retreat inclusions:

> Two nights accommodation at a private and spectacular rural setting with Western Port Bay views in Merricks. You will have the option to choose accommodation in the main house, guest house, or opt for a ‘glamping’ experience!

> Organic vegetarian all day nourishment by Ayurvedic Practitioner & Chef, Phillipa Joy of Ayurveda Joy.

> Spring water from Olinda Springs.

> A 3-hour guided nature immersion with Living Culture at nearby Greens Bush.We’ll be going on an adventure through some of the most diverse vegetation and impressive scenery on the Peninsula.

> Facilitated sessions with Natasha of Nourish Melbourne and Amanda of Angea including guided meditations, a ‘letting go’ ceremony with sacred cacao, story-telling, and how to invite daily ritual & devotion to self into our daily lives.
