“RISE” Retreat is an indulgent experience of presence and self discovery, reconnecting you with what lays within and supporting you as you rise to your greater potential.
Our three wonderful facilitators: Kira, Belinda and Mirella will guide you through an indulgent weekend that includes: cacao ceremony, yoga, heartfelt yin, sound healing, vocal toning: Our VOICES are the MOST powerful healing instrument of all, and we are looking forward to using them on this retreat. Vocal Toning means to use your own voice with intention as a healing instrument. It is not singing or chanting, it’s creating a drawn out sound that has the ability to bring your energetic body back into balance or back into tune; and SO much more.
The weekend will allow for space and time to reach a deeper level of connection, relaxation and release in mind, body and spirit.
