'Replenish ME!' MeTreat Retreat - 2 Night/3 Day Women's Wellness Retreat, Victoria

This cosy winter retreat is all about resting and nurturing your essential self, quieting your mind, recuperating, reflecting inwards and rejuvenating yourself. It’s a time for slowing down, turning inwards and feeding your mind, body and soul.

We will immerse you in a weekend away where you will be nurtured, pampered and spoiled and you will also laugh and heaps of fun.

You will share this special time with up to 14 beautiful like-minded women who are also looking for ways to feel amazing and be the very best versions of themselves that they can be.

You will leave the retreat feeling replenished, with lots of tools and strategies to make sure that you continue to feel refreshed, nurtured, grounded, centred and motivated when you return home.

You will also make some incredible new friendships and establish new networks to support you on your journey beyond the retreat.
