The new year is the perfect time to connect with yourself, experience clarity and make conscious commitments to the year ahead, so you can experience a meaningful 2022. This is the best time of the year to let go of the old and open yourself to the new, giving yourself the inspiration to live a happier and healthier life!
This once-a-year retreat is held in a stunning nature sanctuary and will take you on a sensory journey with a guided meditation, free form movement to awaken you, gentle Vishrant Yin Yoga to calm and ground you, sound bowls and yoga nidra for deep relaxation. The day will finish with a chance to chat with your fellow retreat goers over a cup of tea.
This is the perfect place to set intentions for the new year and experience a peaceful and nurturing environment that will have you feeling relaxed yet energised and free to embrace 2022 with what matters to you!
