Through time dedicated to quietness, introspection, and active leisure, retreats help us find balance during these shifting and unpredictable times.
Now that borders have opened up, and the need for quarantine has lifted, please think about yoga and meditation retreats.
We practice silently in the morning, then we take walks, or rest, eat delicious food, and chat. We do Nidra in the afternoon, play Scrabble, mindful art, read, garden, have an afternoon cup of ‘tea and a chat, or simply some more rest. Some slow, long stretches in the evening, and after a light supper, we spend the evening sitting under the stars or watching a spiritual movie.
