No yoga experience required. We welcome complete beginners to experienced practitioners. All movement practices are adaptable to suit different bodies, abilities, and life stages.

Ash is a certified yoga and meditation teacher with over 10 years of experience guiding women through transformative wellness journeys. Her warm, nurturing approach blends traditional yoga philosophy with modern, science-backed practices.

Tamara is the creative visionary behind every retreat experience. With a background in marketing and experience design, she ensures every detail – from the venue to the flow of each day – supports your journey.

Together, we’ve created something truly special: a space where women can finally put themselves first, be held without judgment, and remember what it feels like to glow from the inside out.

Rarotonga, the jewel of the Cook Islands, is a place that gently forces you to slow down. Surrounded by turquoise lagoons, lush green mountains, and the warmth of Polynesian culture, the island itself becomes part of your healing journey.

Our retreat venue, Iro Luxury Retreat, is nestled high in the mountains of Arorangi on the sunset side of the island. With panoramic ocean views, tropical gardens, and peaceful seclusion, it’s the perfect setting to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself.
