Our Summer Juice Detox Wellness Retreat will be held over five days from June 1st – 5th 2024, at the luxurious White Lodge Baja, situated overlooking the ocean on a secluded section of the coastline, around 1.5 hours from Los Cabos International Airport.
The program will include daily outdoor activities including sunrise yoga and meditation on the deck, transformational breathwork sessions, gentle beach walks, ice bath sessions, plus movement/stretch classes. We will also be participating in traditional Mayan rituals of Temazcal (Steam Lodge) and Cacao Ceremonies.
We will start with a nourishing plant-based dinner on Day 1 to prepare us for the Cleanse. Then from Day 2 to Day 4, we will undertake a three-day nutritionist-guided and personalized Juice Fasting Program, featuring pure cold-pressed juices made fresh on-site.
There is also an onsite Spa offering a range of Mexican-inspired treatments using local plants and herbs.
You’ll come away feeling lighter, rejuvenated, and deeply cleansed after five days of detox and wellness on Mexico’s Baja peninsula.
