Our program is founded on the Medicine Wheel of Cacao as a sacred tree, offering you a full body and soul retreat where the laws of man dissipate, time expands and the “clicks” and “ahas” happen in our otherwise saturated minds and hearts.

Day 1 – SPACE – opening ritual, space for speech, silence and dreams

Day 2 – AIR fills our wings to take flight and carries our voice wherever it needs to go, it builds our capacity to listen, accepting other visions and voices that enrich our own – ACTIVITIES: Sufi Whirling, Intention setting, Cacao ceremony and Song, Profound listening and being Heard, Initiation as an ally of the wind

Day 3 – EARTH reminds us to prioritise what is essential and offers us the messages from our ancestors – ACTIVITIES: Earth Yoga & Forest Bathing, Cacao Ceremony & Tastings, Touch & Pleasure, Ecstatic Dance with Yago de Mateo, ‘Cacao Jungle’, Initiation as the ally of the Earth

Day 4 – WATER purifies, refreshes and soothes us, governing the realm of emotions it is linked to joy, play and pleasure – ACTIVITIES: Pilgrimage to the Temple of Emotions, Cacao Ceremony in Natural Ponds, Games, Laughter & Playfulness in the Forest, Initiation as the ally of the Water

Day 5 – FIRE is the will to live life with vision, the warmth of our hearts and our passion to create – ACTIVITIES: Solar Welcome, Yoga of Fire, Ceremony of Cacao & Vision, Initiation as the ally to the Fire

ACCOMODATION
Our enclave Lalita Devi is based in the heart of the Sierra de Gata, under the gaze of mount Jalama. This magical location was born from the dream of creating a space where humans can remember our essential nature, life in community and ancestral wisdom. Connecting with the vibrations of beautiful mother nature.

There is no availability for accommodation in tents or vans.

FOOD
We offer nourishing vegan, alkaline, local food. Adapted to the schedule and dynamics of the day to facilitate integration with cacao at all levels. Full board include Wednesday dinner to Sunday lunch.
