Yoga NZ Retreats
These yoga and meditation retreats are held at different locations around New Zealand. They are led by Susan Allen, the founder of Yoga Ground, with studios in Auckland and Wanaka. Susan has over twenty years of experience and offers authentic yoga and meditation practice. She’ll invite you to cultivate strength, mobility, awareness and thoughtfulness through the practices offered.
Yoga NZ Retreats offers both yoga and meditations retreats and solely meditations retreats and inspiring places such as the bush-clad hills of the Coromandel, to the wild mountains of Glenorchy, to the southern lakes of Wanaka.

Yoga Sanctuary (Auckland)
The Yoga Sanctuary is a yoga studio offering classes in Auckland, but they also organise various yoga retreats (both locally in New Zealand and also in Bali) at certain times of the year. Their focus is all about ‘finding balance’.
Their New Zealand retreats offer lots of daily meditation and yoga, saunas, optional massage, hiking, buffet-style vegetarian meals and sightseeing. But as they only run at certain times of the year, you’ll have to get in quick to book, and plan in advance.
