A Yoga Retreat in WA

Finally, the borders are open in Western Australia and we can all enjoy the spectacular scenery and weather!

Why not hop over for a couple of weeks over the Easter and ANZAC Day long weekends? This yoga retreat is in Esperance from 22nd to 25th April. You could make your way around the coastline, stopping in the Margaret River wine country, of course. Then you’d arrive just in for this wellness retreat.

Of course, if you live in WA, all the more reason, to explore the amazing white sandy beaches and turquoise water of Esperance.

Run by Yoga Tribe Retreats, they focus on meeting you where you are. There’s no ‘one size fits all approach’. They respect your unique journey, whether you’re a total beginner or have been practising yoga and meditation for a while. So, they provide the space and tools for you to practise yoga and meditation at your own pace.

The Esperance Yoga Retreat is held on a private property just outside town, La Cabane Retreat, surrounded by beautiful scenery and views.

The retreat includes Guided yoga, breathwork and meditation; a Mindset coaching workshop; a Day trip to Cape Le Grand, an ANZAC Day sunrise meditation and Lunch at Lucky Bay Brewery. Plus the usual retreat inclusions – three nights accommodation, breakfast, lunches and dinners, and Snacks and teas.

Nadia runs Yoga Tribe Life and has wealth of experience and training, undertaken at the Nepal Yoga Academy. She’d like to help women improve their lives through yoga to help them be their true selves and reach their full potential

Every Yoga Tribe Retreat embodies the following values:

You will learn yoga practices to connect to your authentic self. The person free of the worries of everyday life. The person who realises that their roles and responsibilities are not who they are. The person who is centred, courageous and full of joy.

When you create space and awareness, notice how life falls into place. You will learn lifelong tools that can allow you to create a calmer, present and more intentional life.

Focus not only on unwinding but tap into your full potential so that you can create a life full of abundance.

Yoga Tribe Life runs three or four retreats annually. They have a Walking Trails Yoga Retreat in the Perth Hills coming up in June and are taking expressions of interest for an Esperance Challet Village Retreat in October.

If Western Australia is still a little far for you at the moment, we have plenty more retreats on our Retreat Me Happy website.
