Time to look ahead, towards the Spring…
It’s been a cold winter for many of us, and just the thought of warmer weather makes us want to start over and shed some of the bad habits we may have developed over the winter. Is it just me? This has been the coldest winter I can remember, or have you been feeling it too?
It’s very exciting to see that over the next couple of months we have retreats set in every state of Australia, as well as in Bali, New Zealand and even as far as the Dominican Republic!

A 6-day spring retreat of complete magic and nourishment alongside like-hearted women. Nourish Retreat with Sarah Tanner 
Friday, 30 September – Monday, 3rd October – Waiheke Island, Auckland
A wellness retreat on Waiheke Island with a focus on thoughtful food and the effect it has on our physical and mental health. Sarah Tanner will prepare all the meals and also guide you through the principles of well-balanced nutrition and even demonstrate and workshop recipes with seasonal, fresh, organic ingredients. There will of course also be some movement during the weekend a Pilates session every morning, for all levels and abilities, and the days will finish with a slow yin yoga class for total relaxation.
