Rise UP: A 4-Day Luxury Self-Leadership Retreat for Women Leading on Empty

You’re strong. Capable. And quietly exhausted.

You don’t need another motivational quote or an escape. You need space, strategy and a clear way forward.

Rise UP is an immersive luxury retreat for women ready to build resilient self-leadership and find the clarity, confidence and courage to lead without losing themselves.

This is for you if:
You feel stuck, depleted or overwhelmed
You’re tired of putting everyone else first
You want direction, not just downtime

This is more than a pamper getaway. Each day blends seminars and practical workshops on boundaries, energy, courageous conversations and your personal strategy. You’ll leave with tools, a plan and a supportive community.

Your host, Niky Hamilton, is a physiotherapist, award-winning business owner, Dr Demartini Facilitator, Brené Brown Dare to Lead trained and NLP Master Coach. After deep personal adversity, she learned what many women feel but rarely say: I need permission, for once, to be selfish. Rise UP is the framework she created from that lived experience.

Nestled in the hinterland at The Ridge, Maleny QLD, this retreat is where luxury meets nature. Walk, journal, soak in a bath, reflect. Luxury with purpose. Rest with direction. Nurture with strategy.

Starts 9am Thursday 15 October – 4 days, 3 nights. Includes chef-prepared meals, luxury accommodation, a massage, daily workshops, classes, a take-home bag and planner, plus a coaching package. From $2990 depending on room preference.
