Slow Yoga, a Hatha practice to challenge the body gently with movement. Strength and conditioning offered with modifications, and no yoga experience necessary.

Yoga Nidra, a form of guided meditation practiced lying down, also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”.
